2. We send your itinerary
Within a few hours you'll receive a detailed day-by-day proposal with accommodation options, activity breakdowns, and a transparent cost breakdown — permits, transfers, guiding, and lodging all itemised.
3. We refine it together
Nothing is set in stone. We adjust until the itinerary feels right, then take a 30% deposit to confirm your permits and bookings. The balance is due 30 days before travel.
